Special Olympics Charity Basketball Tournament

Every year, Ohio Sports and Fitness puts together a charity basketball event to bring the community together in competitive sport for a great cause. The goal of this event is to directly give back to the Special Olympics here in Ohio. Every participant signs a letter that owner of Ohio Sports and Fitness, Frank Desico, puts together explaining to the Special Olympics why we raise money and hold the event. Each teams' participation fee is $100 in which MOST go to proceeds, while some is kept in a pot for the overall winning team! Last years winners received a $600 pot and the tournament raised over $1500 for the Special Olympics.

The event is held at Lost Nation Sports Park in Willoughby and is always in the Summer!
