Frank Desico
Owner, Strength Coach, Baseball Coach

Frank has 10+ years of experience in the strength and conditioning, as well as, the baseball industries. He has worked with all types of athletes ranging from professional players, collegiate, high school down to the youth levels. Has helped over 100+ athletes receive scholarships to play a sport at the collegiate level. His knowledge and passion has helped hundreds find real results and lasting relationships.
Some of his personal achievements include four year starter at the University of Notre Dame (Baseball) and Captain, record holder at Notre Dame and St. Ignatius HS (CLEVELAND) for multiple statistics (hits, stolen bases, games played, consecutive starts), also the Ohio State record holder for most punt return yards in a game and season (2008), played professionally in Cleveland for Avon Crushers (Baseball), he was the 18u National  Asst General Mgr for Team USA (2014), taken 3rd in the USAPL State Championships (2015,2017).

Snowy DeCaen
Personal Trainer, Class Instructor

 

Is a personal trainer that specializes in training for weight loss! Snowy started training in 2018 and has been teaching classes and boot camps at OSF for 2 years now. She enjoys helping people reach their goals through personalized programs and coaching, with that her clients are able to look, feel and function at their personal best.

Over the years she has competed in several NPC Bikini Bodybuilding shows and has participated 1 one power lifting meet here at OSF.

Allison Occkial:

Allison is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer. She has been in the health & wellness field since 2008 and offers both virtual and in person services. She works with clients from all over the U.S., providing fitness training, nutrition counseling, and holistic health coaching.

As a certified holistic health practitioner, she is focused on helping others reclaim their body and their health using an "inside out" lifestyle approach to results. Through personalized programs and coaching, clients are able to look, feel and function at their personal best.

She specializes in helping women reshape their body, balance their hormones, increase their energy and more, so that they can have confidence, for what works for them, and in their own skin as well! Unlike traditional approaches that use extremes and quick fixes, her comprehensive approach is focused on realistic lifestyle changes to have results that actually last.

She has specialized training and experience in Functional Holistic Nutrition, Functional Medicine, Mind- Body Wellness, Holistic Clean Living and Corrective Exercise.

Kirk Simmons
Kirk spent 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and when was discharged, he attended college at John Carroll University where he earned his degree in Exercise Science. His qualifications and certifications include:
  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach
  • Certified Stick Mobility Coach
  • Kettlebell and TRX Certified
  • SilverFit Certified which is a SilverSneaker Program for elderly
  • StrongFirst Barbell Certified 
Kirk has a combined 10 years of training under his belt. Not one specific specialty as he loves working with everyone! The more people he can help and push to become even greater than they are, the better. He works with athletes starting at the age of 10 and all sports. He also works closely with the elderly population as he is SilverFit Certified.

Whatever your goals may be, we can achieve them. Is it to get better at your sport, is it to gain strength, is it to compete in something, or is it to lose weight and be healthy? Stefanie Tsengas

Hi I am Stefanie! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise & also a Certified Life Coach. I have been working in the fitness field since 2016, but have been involved in fitness practically my entire life through sports & bodybuilding.

I don't have one specialty, as I have worked with anyone from the clinical population up to bodybuilding. I have trained with ages 16-75. I am here to serve YOU & YOUR goals. (I will say though, if you are looking to go next level and achieve a total transformation, I am your girl.)

As your coach, I will help you to maximize your potential and bring your goals to life. I will empower you to take the necessary action while also holding you accountable every step of the way.

Maurice “Mo” May

Mo is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over 10 years of experience in the sports performance industry. Originally from Toledo, OH, he has made Cleveland home since 2010 when he earned a scholarship to play football for Notre Dame College (South Euclid) as a defensive back. During his career there, he led the team in tackles (2012), set a single game record for most tackles in one game (2012), named to the DII All-Ohio Preseason team (2013), and earned All-MEC Honorable Mention (2013).

Tyler Johnston 
"Coach Tyler worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer from high school to NCAA Division II programs for 8 years before earning his CSCS and transitioning to providing personal training services. With these experiences, he had the opportunity to work with over a thousand student-athletes ranging from 14 to 28 years. He worked daily with student-athletes during all parts of their in-season and off-season. This work meant building relationships with the athletes, learning how they move, evaluating and diagnosing orthopedic injuries as it happened on the field, gym, or court, and referring to appropriate health care providers or providing treatment and physical rehabilitation in the Athletic Training Room. 
 
His lifestyle continues to be an active one, during the course of a week he may be training for endurance running races, lifts weights, coaches college wrestlers, rock climbs, enjoys his bicycle, and participates in yoga as well.
