Frank Desico
Owner, Strength Coach, Baseball Coach

Frank has 10+ years of experience in the strength and conditioning, as well as, the baseball industries. He has worked with all types of athletes ranging from professional players, collegiate, high school down to the youth levels. Has helped over 100+ athletes receive scholarships to play a sport at the collegiate level. His knowledge and passion has helped hundreds find real results and lasting relationships.
Some of his personal achievements include four year starter at the University of Notre Dame (Baseball) and Captain, record holder at Notre Dame and St. Ignatius HS (CLEVELAND) for multiple statistics (hits, stolen bases, games played, consecutive starts), also the Ohio State record holder for most punt return yards in a game and season (2008), played professionally in Cleveland for Avon Crushers (Baseball), he was the 18u National  Asst General Mgr for Team USA (2014), taken 3rd in the USAPL State Championships (2015,2017).

Along with being the owner of Ohio Sports and Fitness, Frank is also the Owner of OSF Baseball with Tim McCoy.

 

Snowy DeCaen
Personal Trainer, Class Instructor

 

Is a personal trainer that specializes in training for weight loss! Snowy started training in 2018 and has been teaching classes and boot camps at OSF for 2 years now. She enjoys helping people reach their goals through personalized programs and coaching, with that her clients are able to look, feel and function at their personal best.

Over the years she has competed in several NPC Bikini Bodybuilding shows and has participated 1 one power lifting meet here at OSF. 

 

Allison Occkial:

Allison is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer. She has been in the health & wellness field since 2008, working in a variety of gym environments, small personal training studios and as an independent contractor. She started her own business, Finesse Fitness, in 2012, offering both virtual and in person services. She works with clients from all over the U.S., providing fitness training, nutrition counseling, and holistic health coaching.

Her specialties include working with women who struggle with chronic stress, low energy, hormone imbalances, and thyroid and adrenal health issues. She believes in helping others reclaim their body and their health from a holistic, inside out approach. Through personalized programs and coaching, clients are able to look, feel and function at their personal best.

She is based out of Cleveland Ohio and currently works with clients all over the U.S. She has specialized training and experience in Functional Holistic Nutrition, Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Mind- Body Wellness, Holistic Clean Living and Corrective Exercise.

 

Tyler Cook M.S.
Exercise Science

 

Tyler is an Exercise Specialist who develops successful programming through Functional Movement Screenings. He uses his art of biomechanics to establish longevity within his clients who range from all ages. Tyler has his own coach’s for three different sports he competes in at a national level.
